A programme tailored specifically to you to help achieve your open water swimming goals - however large or small they may be.
A group session for you and your friends / family which can include introduction to open water, guided swims / dips, technique work or general open water skills.

Specifically designed for those that wish to learn or improve their front crawl in the sea. Whether for pleasure - giving ability to swim further - or for Swim events and Triathlon. Here's a package to take your swimming to the next level
Learn / improve pack includes 4 x 45 minute open water swimming sessions as follows:
Session 1 -Introduction to coaching and the open water environment. Including, safe swim
spots / times, self-rescue skills, kit review and an initial look at your stroke with video analysis
Session 2 - Breathing - Unlock the secrets to the fundamental building block of great swimming - it all starts with breathing
Session 3 - Body position - What's the most efficient position for your body to be in the water to reduce drag and maximise the output you see from the effort you put in
Session 4 - Motion - Now our breathing is calm and our body position optimum, it's time to get those arms and legs working in the most efficient manner
Take all the learn / improve front crawl pack above and add a Tri / Event bolt on for just an extra £70
This bolt on adds an extra 2 x 45 min sessions to your learn / improve front crawl package and covers open water race skills such as;
Race starts
Pack Swimming
Drafting
Sighting
Buoy turns
Feeding
Race finish.
