Brad - Benfleet

I originally went to Paul not being able to swim more than 100 meters without being totally exhausted and struggling to breathe. From the very start Paul was calm and collected and we discussed how to overcome my technical failings and we then went through some incremental exercises until at the end of the lesson Paul had me swimming over 100 meters no problem. Since that first lesson with Paul we have progressed into the sea and we are now swimming 2 miles. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and experience and he is easy-going and approachable in his teaching style. I would not hesitate in recommending anyone to have lessons with Paul and I’m glad I met him when undertaking my own journey into open water swimming.
