- First Timer - Competent pool swimmer but never attempted open water? I offer 1:1 open water introductory sessions to accompany and help you begin building confidence in what may well become your new home!
- Swim fitter - Swim for fitness? Want to take your skills in to the open water or improve your technique? Or just gain some more advanced understanding of open water in terms of stroke efficiency, sea conditions, tides, currents & safety to enable you to swim longer to reach your fitness goals? I can offer you tailored sessions to cover off any specific area you may need guidance in.
- Time chaser - Triathlete? Competitive swimmer? Do you have an event upcoming and want to improve your performance and times? Is it your first competitive open water swim? Is swimming your "weak leg"? - Mental Health Swims - A session focussing on the pure benefits of wellness and relaxation for those of you that would simply like a stress relieving accompanied dip.
